سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال للطلب

-:سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع للطلب ( داخل السعودية فقط) :-

شروط استبدال الطلب :*

• يحق للعميل إرجاع المنتج خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ الشراء وفق الشروط التالية :

1- ان يكون المنتج في حالته الاصلية وغير مستخدم ~* 

2- نقوم بإرسال بوليصة الاستبدال للعميل عبر الوتس اب وعليه تسليم المنتج المعاد الى اقرب فرع له حسب شركة الشحن المختارة ..

3 - يتحمل العميل بوليصة إعادة شحن طلبه الجديد بنفس قيمة اختياره لبوليصة شحن الطلب .

4 - يتم إرسال الطلب الجديد للعميل بمجرد استلام المنتج المعاد عبر شركة الشحن والتأكد من حالت المنتج ….

5- في حالة رغب العميل بتحويل طلب الاستبدال الى طلب استرجاع نهائي للمنتج .. يتحمل العميل قيمة بوليصة إرجاع المنتج بنفس قيمة اختياره لبوليصة شحن الطلب و تخصم من قيمة صافي المنتج ويعاد له الباقي حسب طريقة شراؤه للمنتج ….

6- في حالة كان الشحن مجاني … يتحمل العميل قيمة بوليصة شحن المنتج و قيمة بوليصة الاسترجاع للطلب …

Conditions for replacing the request: *

1- The product must be in its original condition and unused ~*

2- We send the replacement policy to the customer via WhatsApp and he must deliver the returned product to the nearest branch according to the selected shipping company.

3. The customer shall bear the recharge policy of his new order with the same value of his choice for the order bill of lading in the amount of (21.85 or 29.90) riyals

4 - The new order is sent to the customer as soon as the returned product is received through the selected shipping company and the product status is confirmed....

5- In case the customer wishes to transfer the replacement request to a final return request for the product.. The customer shall bear the value of the product return policy with the same value as his choice of the order bill of lading in the amount of (21.85 or 29.90) riyals deducted from the net value of the product and the rest is returned to him according to the method of pu
